Heartburn

Hi all

Suffered with this before I started TS but not sure how I would treat it now. Had it this afternoon and its not very comfortable at all. Normally I'd either have cold milk or Gavisgon but dont think I can have either now??

I suffered before Exante, but thought the diet would stop it. It didn't, but I've resisted the temptation to take anything so far. It has got a lot better 5 days in though.

Thanks hun. Very uncomfortable this afternoon, gone off a bit now but still flares up every now and then. I thought that once the fatty foods and soft drinks were gone the heartburn would go as well. Hopefully mine will follow your example lol

I also had it at the start of the diet, but again after a week or so it cleared up. Hope yours does too! X
