Found this the last time I was on a vlcd constant heartburn. Anyone any remedy's and the reason why this happens?? Tia

Hi nic, I get this loads when first starting the packs.

You can get asda own indigestion tablets for £1 for 12. It's like asda own version of zantak meaning you only need one a day. I find them brill for getting through the first few days x
