Hello all,

For HEAs on red and green days is it still one OR two, or does it have to be two?

I struggle to have one, let alone two. Any advice?

I don't really drink milk, tea or coffee, and will have cheese on top of things, or babybels but babybels are expensive for two every day!!

if your red or green then its 2 "A"s and 2 "B"s a day
only EE is it 1 of each
i too have problems with my A's i have my milk during the day and usually have laughing cow mixed in with my pasta or on jp's

Just to clarify, on red and green you have the choice of either one or two HEAs. These are there to make sure you get enough calcium so if you are getting this from other foods eg yoghurt, then I wouldn't worry too much about only having one HEA.

Thanks for that Circes I was a bit worried because I've only managed all my HE's once since starting it's usually just 2. But I do eat yogurt so should be ok then :)

I only have one hea on red and when I do occassional green days I have 2.

This is acceptable according to my books :D
