HEBs on a green day?

hi ive just returned to sw to do it at home but have lost my old book.
Im gonna mix EE with green days.
could anyone give me some weights for meats on a green day if using as a HEB please, thanks

We can't give lists of foods or healthy extra weights, the odd one is okay, but no lists.

Just above the main forum is all the sub forums.

Or check out the "before you start a new thread" posts and the sub forums are linked from there.

I'd say it's a bit hard to do SW without a book......

ive done it for years so know basics of everything pretty well and buy the magazine and have loads of sw recipe books. thanku for ur help though ill browse the sub forums! i understand why lists cant be posted!
