Hi there, being 5ft 10, i am wondering if anyone knows why it is that we should have 4 products or 3 products and a small meal (as i am having ).

I cant understand this, I thought that it would be weight based rather than height based??

    anyone know??

Good question! I'd guess it is to do with being tall means there is more of you generally and needs more nutrients to keep going. Similar to how your BMI is 26.7 as you are 186lbs, but someone who is 5' 5" will have a higher BMI despite weighing the same as you.
