Hey everyone! Just joined SW this week, and I'm surprised at how full and well I've been eating, but Im kinda scared when weigh in comes around on monday because surely eating this much is wrong? lol

After being on Weight watchers for nearly 5 years (with a 5 stone weight loss) im not used to eating so much.

Anyways! what i was wanting to know I have googled to try and find out if Heinz BBQ beans are free on extra easy or even what syns are in them?

Anyone any ideas what syns etc are in these?
