Hi, I'm a nineteen year old medical student studying in Glasgow :)


I'm currently on my second day of "I'm going to lose weight even if it kills me". I was on Weight Watchers a few years ago and lost about a stone but I couldn't sustain the style of diet. Now I've basically just cut out junk food, drinking more water, eating more fresh fruit and vegetables and exercising hopefully about 5 times a week. I'm currently about 80kilos and a size 14/16 and I'm hoping to have lost 12ish kilos by september and be able to fit into a size 12!
