Hello All! Hope you're all doing well!?

For the last few weeks I have been up and down by no more than a few lbs, you know how it is, you get stuck in a rut and really can't be bothered. And I think a few of you knew I was really struggling with the body image thing.

But, I've kicked myself well and truly up the proverbial........ with only 18lbs (+/- depending on how I look lol) left to go, I'm gonna get back on track. Particularly after doing a bit of soul searching... and looking at how I was lol........ I promised you all the before and afters lol.... and the before is after I'd already lost nearly 3 stone!!!!!

The after is me now..... (fingers crossed I've done this image thing right!)

You have done so well, make sure you stick it to the end. I think you have got to find something new to eat to keep you motivated. Have you got the cookbook, there are some great ideas for food in there.

I like the look of the chicken tagine, I tried it last time I was on WW and it was fantastic, surprised myself actually as I am not the best cook in the world.

Hi Hun,
I know how hard it is when you bounce back and forth but stay positive. This IS the time I am gonna be my pre-baby size. If I can do it, really.....anybody can! x
