Well I've just ordered my packs for exante, was on lighterlife a few months ago, lost 3 stones and stopped when I got to my target weight, I've managed to maintain my weight (varies by 3 pound plus or minus) but I'm still a 26 bmi and the effect of losing weight is wearing off seeing everyone is still skinnier than me, though I have gone from and XL down to an M, I want to lose the last couple of stone to get down to around a 21 BMI,

Let's hope it works!

Good luck andyfofo. I'm here to lose a bit more too. Still got the muffin tops so would like to be rid of them by Christmas.
