Hello (again!!!)

Well I am actually embarassed to join the forum again. I need the support this group gives me so I have bitten the bullet to say Hi again. I am going to give the CD another go as it is the only programme which works for me. I tried WW and anyone who reads that forum might have seen my posts there. I can do the diet - its great and I could actually live on it, but I just don't lose weight on it. So, I started yesterday at a weight of 13st 6.15lb. Going to aim for a 4st loss but would be more than happy at 3st. Thanks for all your support in the past and thanks in advance for the support you are going to give me (becasue I sure as hell need it:8855:) x

Thanks ladies. My Counseller is getting married next week and going on honeymoon so I won't see her for 3 weeks. My first weigh-in will be on 2nd February. I think it's a good thing for me if I don't get weighed every week anyway becasue if I only have a small loss (or God forbid - nowt!), I go off on one. So, if I stick in I might see a big loss after the 3 weeks which may give me an incentive to keep going. Does that make sense? hahah

Don't be embarrassed, just be happy that you are back amongst fellow dieters. We have all re-started ( me, three times!!!) but instead of dwelling on the why I failed, I look forward and focus on the job in hand.
Good luck with your journey:)

Welcome back Mia

Dont be embarrassed there are quite a few of us 'serial returners' on the forum. Remember you only fail when you give up. This is the year that we are all going to succeed.

Repeat after me:

2009 is 2000 and mine!

All the best
