Hello all, I need some help and FAST!!

As some of the others have said...if you're at goal by the what the prob - over the next x weeks your attitude to feed should change in that you don't think that each meal will be your last so you ram you face and just 'cause it's free also not an excuse to 'have it large'. Keeping it sensible portions but enjoying yourself after your hard work is important - if you need to lose more after the 12th then hop back on and get your head down and lose the rest - good luck xx

LIking the sound of that - we also have a wedding on the 30th to get through, thankfully its just the evening do, but isnt incredible how much of a part of your life eating and boozing actually takes up!. I think if i can stick this out till the 30th i will consider that i have done bloody well!!!!.
