    Well, about 9 or 10 months ago I started Lipotrim to lose weight and hated it, so instead ate even more and became little less than gargantuan in size.

    I;m sick of being uncomfortable in my own skin so am finally doing something sensible about it. Have joined the gym at work and started Weight Watchers on Tuesday, weigh in this coming Tuesday. I'm doing both of these with a friend from work but would love some extra support if anyone is willing to give it!

    Also, a quick question about ProPoints, I haven't used all of my points within a single day, in fact most days I have about 10 - 12 left over, will this negatively impact on my weight loss?

    this is a great site for support, so you have come to the right place.
    it is said that you have to use all ur daily points, else i think this does mess up ur weight loss, have a choc bar in the evening or something if ur struggling to use them all up.
    weekly points of 49 u dont have to use only if u want to or need to, i hope this helps u, good luck

    Hi, I'm not on pro points as I still do the old plan. I know when I started I thought that not using all of my points would make me lose quicker... It didn't.....my advice would be to use the points you are given then you can always adjust them down a little until you find a balance... But if you use random points it's going to be harder to find a solution if your losses aren't going how you'd like......hope this makes sense...xx
