Long time no speak! or it feels like that atleast!! I've not really been following SF much anymore - although having a bar for breakfast and calorie counting the rest of the day....seems to be working better for me.

I picked up my exercise bike yesterday, love it!! Hopefully i work up my fitness so i can spend longer on it. But aiming for 30 mins every other day at the moment.

So how's everyone getting on??

Glad to know yr plan worked for u love.
Noticed u still loosing weight which is great for u! n yr bike will defo help u loose more!

I been still on it doin well, visiting gym every day but Wednesday's n sticking to it apart from Friday just gone but i hope tomoz weigh in is still ok! I hope I pray! X

Hey Linzi! Lovely to hear from you :) I'm doing ok, been a bit stressed lately due to my exams starting on Friday. I've had a few slip ups, but I still managed to lose one pound this morning, so I'm happy! :)
