I'm so excited to have found this forum. I am two weeks into the Dukan diet and have lost five pounds so far. Sadly, I just discovered that I cannot eat Yoplait Vanilla FF yogurt...sigh...:( (Which is the reason why I haven't lost a pound in the last week!) oops. Onward and upward!

Hi Jennifer,sorry I don't know anything about the Dukan diet but if it works, go for it! At least now you know about the 'Don'ts' you can start getting some more results! Keep going, 5lbs lost already is a great start.

Hi Jennifer,

I'm in my 4th week of Dukan (this diet must really suit me as I haven't struggled one bit) so far I've lost 16lbs, another 20 to go!
