Hi,
I'm Kara, i'm 28 from Suffolk. Live with my husband of nearly 4 years and my children, Sophie, 2 and Sidney, 4 months.

I was 18 stone before i got pregnant with Sidney and got because of gestational diabetes i went down to 16 and half stone before i gave birth.

I think i am now nearly 18 stone again and am determined to lower my bmi. Oh and i'm 5' 11''

Looking forward to getting to know you all

Kara xx

I think i will be doing low sugar/carbs. It worked for me while i was pregnant and as i am borderline diabetic it would be good for my health too!
I would love to do LL but can't afford it :-(
I will be starting Monday as i am away from home until then x

Hello Kari!

If that's the route you want to go, you may benefit most from Lee Janoglys book "Only fat people skip breakfast". It a good read for anyone on any other plan too as it's very informative and funny but she does have a sugar free/non processed carb plan of her own that has been very popular. She has a website at
http://www.leejanogly.co.uk.

Thank you, i will have a look! x
