Hello! CD dieter from south wales x

Hiya everyone!
My name is Claire and I'm a CD restarter.
I did the CD in 2009 and lost about 2 stone in the run up to my wedding and maintained until 2010 and this year when i had my baby girl.

I'm 13st 1.6lbs and would love to get to 9st but realistically will probably end up about 10st which is fine plus I'm being sponsored to slim for Cancer research UK which makes me determined to do this.

I've floated about this forum over the years from time to time and picked up lots of useful advice and tips and thought it was high time I got involved and introduce myself.

So here I am, I'll mostly be on the CD section, pleasure to meet you all xxx
