hello!confused!

    Hello to everyone just join your forum yesterday,and find it very helpfull.i really need your help because with my situation nothing really work for me.:cry:my weight is 13stone and heights 5.6 i tried everything actislim,acai berry,hoodia,lida,alli using fittness programm,vibrotone,sliming world.my gp told me i have to lose weight ,but i cant do something about it.can someone give me advise what diet will be good for me.i want to try lipotrim or cds to lose weight. just cant stop eat chocolate,sweets. sometime i woke up at night and eat again.pls help me to find what to do,because you guys doing great there.thank you so much.

    Hiya, this forum is fantastic and everyone is incredibly suppportive :) I'm currently doing Weight Watchers and it is absolutely brilliant, i would recommend it to anyone! Like yourself, i do enjoy something sweet and on WW i am able to eat anything i want as long as i count the points! I think everyone has a particular diet which suits thier lifestyle, some people on this forum have achieved amazing results on the CD and Lioptrim!

    It's whatever will suit you best and keep you motivated! Best of luck!

    Hi Lolik 123
    I have done just the big two WW and SW.
    For me it just took too long and the weight was coming off too slowly. I have also tried using things like Alli tablets but became lazy on the diet.
    As a last resort I am trying Lighter Life Light. The reason for this is that I want quick results and not feel hungry. Despite my whinging I am not that hungry. It is more of a case of just fancing food.
    When I was on the other ones all I thought about was food and planning meals. I felt constantly hungry.
    On LL and LLL you don't really have to think cos it's all worked out for you.
    If the thought of not being able to eat how about the Atkins diet. It looks as though you can eat tonnes on that but it is a low carb diet and would not think it would suit people who don't eat much animal produce.

    hello,i dont do any diet i just eat and eat i need someyhing to stop me thinking about food,does anyone tried relaxing cds.?are they work?lipotrim sounds good but i am thinking if I lose weight I easily put back on with double results.as it happened with me before,that why I am thinking to try hypnotherapie or cds.thak you all.
