Hello everybody- newbie

    Hi to all,

    I am thinking of starting slimfast. How do you cope with hundger during the day (between shakes)?
    I am worried that I will give in a soon as I get to hungry :sigh:

    Snacks! 3 x 300 calorie snacks sorts that out or like rugen said water!

    :) Thank you so much to all of you. Everybody is so friendly. I have got brave today and got on to scales :eek: did not liked what I saw. So my first day tomorrow on slimfast. I will be here for support :).
    What are these chalenges that you are doing? Where do you get your slim fast drinks, bars from? I have seen in America They have much more choice than over here in UK. See you all soon
