hello everyone any-one started exercise after the started SS

When did you start SS?

Your not really meant to start exercising for he first 2 weeks, i have been trying to do Wii fit every night or some sit ups, started on week 3.

You dont want to burn out too soon otherwise you might find yourself needed more calories and eating something you shouldn't.

Hi Charleen, I started to exercise last week at the beginning of week three, went swimming last wednesday and did a 5 mile walk on Saturday. I was really tired for the first two weeks but now I have much more energy. I am doing the 'moonwalk' in May which is 26 miles so I have to start training, but I am going to do it very gradually. Stick with it as your energy levels should start improving soon.
