Hello everyone - long time reader, first time poster here!

Hellooo!
I've been a member of minimins for quite a long time but haven't really posted before - I think I felt nervous about admitting my weight to other people, even online, at that point! I've decided to post now because I think that talking to other people who are on their own weight loss journeys might make me work harder to achieve my own goals!! :D

I'm hoping to do it through healthy diet, monitoring my calories, exercise at the gym and increasing the amount I walk! :)

Hmm my ticker is from a long time ago and is wrong!!
These are my stats at the moment -
Highest weight: 173lbs (January 2009)
Lowest weight: 135lbs (summer, 2010)
Current weight: 142lbs (I was 149 in April this year so have been slowly losing this weight)
Goal weight: around 133lbs (depending on what looks good!)

I'm basically aiming to get back where I was, but with more exercise this time so that I'm more fit and healthy than last time I got to my goal weight :)
