Hi all, I'm new to slimming world, I joined yesterday.

I am currently 17 stones 6 lb and want to get down to about 12 stone

I was wondering if anyone had any advice for me, this is my first day and I'm STARVING, but I haven't gone over my Supereasy guide

I have had:

3 Eggs, scrambled
250ml Semi-Skimmed Milk

2 Slices of Ham
4 Riveta original
28g Philadelphia light
1 Chocolate bar

250g Pork (Fat removed)
1 Tin of Green Beans

Puts me on 11.5 syns total for the day

Welcome aboard :)
I would say that is quite good for a first attempt

Can I ask what drinks you had, any snacks etc.
You should write everything down and I mean everything lol

SW requires you eat 1/3 super free foods - check out your book
You must have 1/3 of your meal as these listed items

You should not be hungry, you can eat good quantities of food, healthy snacks, something you invented, it's your choice there is loads of food you can eat
