Hi everyone :553: Just wanted to introduce myself as have been reading this forum for some time now! Has kept me going as so many inspirational stories, hints and tips and such a great community spirit.
I been on cd ss for over nine weeks now...think lost 36lbs so far no wi for past 2 weeks and not till end of next week as cdc away.

Thanks for all the welcomes. Everyone's losses are excellent.

Just think my mindset is right and that seems to be one of the most important factors. On numerous occasions have been craving food but havent given in as dont want to end up back where started!!!
Last week I meet some people who I have not worked with for over 3 months and they keep say how i shrunk.
I changed my uniform 3 times and need to go again soon....they know me now at our uniform place.

Ramble away huni that is what this place is for. That is fab about having to get all those new uniforms lol. How does cd ss work? I have never done any vlcd's or don't know anything about them. Though i have tried every other weightloss method x

With cd ss you bascially have to drink 3-4 litres of water a day, can have black coffee and then each day you have shakes or soups 3or4 a day depending on height. After, week 2 is done you can swap a soup/shake for a bar. They also do porridge which I think is fab so I tend to have two of these with a bar. Some people do ssplus which os nearly the same but you can have a 200 cal meal or a milk allowance.
This diet is hard but gives you the break from food and fabulous results as you can see by everyone on this forum doing cd.
Good luck with you weight loss journey...we are all different so have to find what suits you and your lifestyle. xx

Just heard the first time on cd is golden, as dont think could to this twice. Admire the people very much who have re-started.

At the end of the day whatever method we chose....we all here to loose weight and keep it off :talk017:
