Well i just thought i would introduce myself.

My names Louise im 24 with three beautiful children,2 and a half, 15 months and 3 months.

I have just started CD for the 2nd time fell pregnant the first time.

I have got a lot of weight to lose about 11 stone.so i will need lots of support and encouragement.

Hi FAFU, I'm new on here too, been doing SW for 2 years and lost motivation so thought it would be a good idea to come on here found it by accident but looks like a good tool to keep you motivated. They says its good to talk

I'm a mother of 2 also but mine are quite a lot older, I,m 44 good luck with your diet -regards
