Hello, fresh start!

    Hi everyone
    I've been trying to start exante for a while, managed to do cd for a bit and lost 3.5 stone but restarting is proving quite impossible for me, so much so that I've been poorly over it, wasted money and my time for a long while. So far the last week I've tried cc'ing and lost 5.4lbs which I'm really proud of :)
    I want to continue and stop kidding myself that I've got the will power to stick to a vcld. I'm sticking to 1000-1200 and trying to keep under if I can, I'm 5'7 and currently 212.4lbs, hoping to get to 150lbs. Il be starting a new diary and looking through this section has helped a lot, have lots of admiration for everyone doing this, learnt loads too.
    So here goes..good to be here :)
