    Hi all!

I'm Lissy I was doing Slim Fast but 1. I want a permanent life change not just a quick fix and 2. I've heard some bad things about too much Vitamin A causing osteoporosis later in life if you have more than the RDA, and there's 102% of your RDA in the 2 daily shakes alone not to mention any extra I may be getting from my 600cal evening meal!

So how do I do this? On SF I was having 2 x 255 calorie shakes and 1 600 Calorie meal which is 1110 calories. My weight as of this morning is 23.2 Stone

I would recommend using an online tool like "weightlossresources". There you can put in all your current details and future goals and then in works it all out for you. It gives you a daily calorie allowance and guidelines on nutritional balance.
There are also recipes available, and the database is massive so most supermarket and branded foods are all there, it will even tell you how many calories are in things like Starbucks cappuccino's!

There is a 24hour free trial but the down side is that after that you do have to pay to keep using it. I don't mind as I find it really useful, if you keep looking you may find a similar resource that is totally free-or someone else may reply with the info for you!

Good luck on your weight loss!

Another site is Foodfocus.co.uk- it's totally free. I've been using it for nearly 8mths. I love the way it sets out your weight, protein/fat/carb intake, daily cals/target cals etc. on charts so you can see exactly where you're at.
