I have over 6 stone to lose.
I used to love going out and dancing. Now I avoid people, places and photographs.
I have just completed day 3 on Herbalife.
Chocolate is my downfall.

Hi - Thank you I've done many of the plans over the years but this time I'm sticking to healthy eating and cutting out the snacking plus lots of exercise. I've started running in the last few weeks.
