I have jumped over from LL in need of vegetables and baked potatoes to sustain me - soooooo cold and have no spare energy at all.

I'm trying to get to grips with a Green Plan, but a little bit confused as how to fit in porridge tuna and baked beans. Is it possible ?

Are you switching permanently? You could have porridge (hex b) with 250 ml semi skimmed milk (hex a) and your tuna would also be a b choice. You have two hex (healthy extra) a's and two hex b's on green. Your potato and beans would be free :)
sounds to me if your after potatos and baked beans - the green plan is just right for you! But I would recommend going to a local group and joining. the SW plan can be tough to get your head around at first. Once you get in the swing of things it becomes second nature. Best of luck x

Yes its the green plan good luck with it, I strongly reccomend joining a class you will get all the books you need even if you only go once to get them. If you go more than once you get the bonus of support and new friends thrown in :)
