Hi,

I have just completed my first day of lipotrim. I am feeling quite hungry but am determined. I tried to make a tracker but am not sure that I pasted it into the correct area. I am wondering if I could get advise from anyone about the best times to take the shakes and soup. I am more of an evening eater and left it late to take the second shake and the soup. Would it be better to space them out to feel less hungry or should I wait untill I am in ketosis and feel less hungry. Any advise on any other tips would be greatly appreciated.
