Hi All
Ok a bit about me - erm I'm 38 (ykies!) Married, have 2 small children and one old dog!
In Sept 2005 to Feb 2006 I was on the Lighterlife diet and managed to lose 4 stone - YAY! But the past few months I haven't been watching what I ate and have put on 2 stone so decided I ought to do something now!
Was told about CD and thought I'd give it a go as I know it works. I started last week and was doing 790 but have to admit that I didn't stick to it rigidly (just how do you measure out 2 tablespoons of lettuce leaves?). First weigh in was yesterday and I've lost 3lb - not great but not bad either. On to add a meal this week.
To be honest I'm looking forward to just getting onto sole source and getting to when I can have the bars - the bars are a god send for me when I'm rushing around backwards and forwards with the kids to pre-school, swimming, ballet etc etc.
