    Hello,

    Thought I would say hi! For the last few weeks I've been eating low carb (basically Atkins/Dukan) but my weight loss has reached a complete standstill for the last couple of weeks. I've also been horribly constipated (sorry!) and miserable, especially on Dukan. I've got a few hormone related health issues so until I can get it all sorted out I've decided to just cc with lots of fruit and veg, lean protein and whole grains, with the odd treat thrown in!

    I also use the website myfitnesspal which I really recommend. Its got an excellent food diary that works out all your calories for you as well as fat, carbs and proteins. It also works out how many you should have of each a day too and you can log your exercise. If anyone wants to add me as a friend on there (its a bit like facebook) my name is xxbeckybexx.

    Thanks everyone. I've not been very good over the weekend, ate out 3 times! Starting again tomorrow. Got loads of lovely fruit and salad which I've really missed low carbing so feeling positve! :)
