I thought I would introduce myself I have been doing Cambridge Diet for nearly a year and I have just changed over to WW. I was messing around too much :D

I have done WWs before, well lots of times....I just keep on going and going :)

So my question to you is....what is your fav 0 point food?

Mine has to be cadburys dairy milk....oh wait that was my dream last night!

hello and :welcome: to WW! My favourite 0 point food is cucumber for some strange reason! Cannot get enough of it!!! I also love strawberry sugar free jelly! I make up batches of it and have it in the evenings if I have run out of points!

Defo have to 2nd the Cherry Tomatoes - I could sit and eat a punnet of them in one go. Oh hold on I have....LOL!!!

Pity chocolate isn't point free - but if I were to pick a bar I think that I would go for a curly wurly - nice low points. Oh you are going to have so much fun eating proper foods again after being on CD.

I have a friend on CD - she's on it nearly 2 years and afraid to come off it. Not a nice way to live. :eek:
