    Trying basic calorie restriction n' exercise. No specific diet.
    Hiya! New here and incredibly nervous about joining.
    I've been trying to lose weight for roughly five years now - it seems to work then it all just comes back on again. :eek: I signed up because I really wanted to find people who knew what that was like.
    I don't think I'll post my weight or goal weight until I've settled in here for a few weeks. I hate sharing the actual numbers.

    I'm Annie, Vegan, and Autistic so I'm sorry if I say something wrong! (Just getting that in there, as I never know when I've crossed the dreaded the dreaded social line. :p )
