Not my first rodeo, but the bull is certainly bigger and the clown is wearing a different costume!
Lost lots doing a low carb thing almost a decade ago, and started back in again 3 weeks ago but have been curious to change the program this time.
First 10 came off during the first 2 weeks, then the holiday weekend stalled me out during week 3. I figured now was as good a time as any to try something new.
I love to cook and try new dishes on a whim, and finding it counter productive following a strict Atkins, so on "ignore the diet" mode for today, and tomorrow starting with JUDDD.
I like the way the journals are sectioned out in this forum, so I decided new diet /new forum! Looking forward to [STRIKE]stalking[/STRIKE] er um, following some new friends!
