I'm a 42 year old male and here goes another diet.....but this time it needs to be the last one lol.
I'm diabetic with a lot of medical complications because of my unhealthy food lifestyle (a warning to anyone that would care to listen.)

I have started a a diet today cutting out all food that can be classed as 'grains or Carbs' for the first month then slowly re-introducing specific ones after this time. I'm also going to be sticking to three meals a day with no snacking or sugar. This is a medical diet in consultation with a hospital dietician so I would not recommend it for anyone else to try.

lots of unlimited good stuff. Though, so I just have to try and like them..!

Only 34kgs To go!

Just getting used to the site and finding my way around myself, there's lots of great information and advice on here :)
