Hi everyone!

Just thought I'd pop on and introduce myself again.
I have just booked myself a holiday to corfu in May so I want to lose some weight lol.
Im currently a size 12/14 but would love to be a size 10/12

Have been thinking of starting the slim fast diet but was wondering if anyone has any tips ect on what its like being on it??

Have decided to defo go with the slim fast, think Im going to start next Monday once new years eve ect is over with!

yes i too am picking it up again after a couple of weeks off the shakes!!.
Have a read of some diaries i know that helped me loads!!!

Hello,

I started 3 weeks ago (but did take a week off!) and lost 7lbs.

I found slimfast really easy to do. The shakes are tasty and I was suprised that I didn't feel starving as I think being able to snack and eat an evening meal really helped me not to feel deprived.

Though I am slightly nervous I have gained those 7lbs back in my week off, which is why I missed this weeks weigh in and hope I can do some damage limitation this week!
