Very glad i have found this site!

After having my daughter in April 09 i have lost 2st with various diets but unfortunatly i fell off the wagon and for some time i have been yo yoing between a pound lost and a pound gained. My first goal is to lose a stone for mid Febuary as it is my birthday.... Is this achievable?

Hey Sam well done losing 2st and keeping it off! Welcome to Minimins this place really helps keep you motivated and there's always someone around if you're having problems :)

2lb a week seems to be about the normal rate of weight loss for most on Slim Fast but with some added exercise I would imagine 3lb a week is very achieveable :)

I hate that when you play about with a lb here and there. That was happening to me when I was just calorie counting and exercising.

I lost 7lbs when I first started SF, am now trying to get back into it.

as the others have said it varies what you can achieve but if you put your mind to it and get some exercise in i think what you are asking for is very achievable!
