Hi girls,

I'm once again embarking on a diet - the Rosemary Conley plan is new to me - I've tried many other diets but this one seems so much more sensible.

I joined my class on Monday and really enjoyed it. Week 1 is nearly over and I'm looking forward to my weigh in tomorrow.

I'm getting married on the 13th August this year, so really do need to do this.

Anyway, just wanted to say hi, as although I've used the boards before, I've never used the Rosemary Conley page.

Hi Katrina, i am also rather new to this, i started for about 2 weeks and then went of on holiday, back on track tomorrow though, i am planning on joining a class this Wednesday.
Hope you have a lovely surprise at your weigh in, best of luck!

You've made an excellent choice and your half way through the hard part. But I think if you're determined even the first 2 weeks aren't too bad.

Well that was a lovely welcome - thank you. :D

I had my first weigh in yesterday and I've lost 4 lbs, so I'm very happy with that. I didn't find the first week particularly hard, so I'm hoping it can only get easier.

I've got an appointment with a personal trainer tomorrow, so hoping he'll come up with a good program for me. I'm not a huge fan of the gym, I tend to do classes, but sometimes I can only fit in a quick gym session. I'm hoping he'll be able to come up with something good to do in half an hour. Any longer than that and I start to lose the will to live!!

Week 2 and another loss

Well, I didn't do quite as well in week 2 but still lost one pound. Too much socialising me thinks.

However, day 2 of week 3 and things are going really well. I had a great aerobics class yesterday and had another session with the personal trainer today.

Hope everyone else is having a good week so far.

thats good & also u had areally good loss wk 1 ,must be gr8 havin' a Pt to motivate u
