howdy honey. i'm a bit of a newbie so can't really offer advice, but just wanted to say hello :) how much have you lost over the time you've been doing it?
Sometimes weightloss stops//slows down for me! I usually find something else I can cut out..like bread!!

What plan are you following, how close to target, how has your exercise changed in the last few weeks, and what have you been eating? As you know SW is about what and how you eat and we will need details, and we are nosey LOL.

Have you done your food logs this week?
