Hi, I'm new. Been doing slimming world at home for a year and lots of exercise. Problem is that i have gained weight in the past couple weeks and dont know why?! Doing aerobics classes a week and diet hasnt changed, dunno what happened and need advice. Thanks!:)

Welcome to MM. It may be worth re-learning the 'rules' and have you kept up with the changes?

Sometimes weightloss stops//slows down for me! I usually find something else I can cut out..like bread!!

What plan are you following, how close to target, how has your exercise changed in the last few weeks, and what have you been eating? As you know SW is about what and how you eat and we will need details, and we are nosey LOL.

Have you done your food logs this week?
