I hope everyone is doing well with their diet and enjoying the glorious weather...I am! I have been a bit naughty with the restart,however,I bought a iPhone hopefully if when struggling during the day I will post something and you guys will be supportive.

I got an iPhone too - and it is keeping me so occupied with all the apps my mind if elsewhere! My neighbours can throw as many bbqs as they want ... the iPhone is my distraction

Ahh good luck! I was so proud of myself on friday, I actually voluntarily went to my friends bbq where there was obviously drink and food and I didn't cheat at all, infact I had a really good time! Its just mind over matter.
