Hello all,
I'm starting slimming world today and am 19 weeks pregnant. I have put on 13lbs so far hence me starting SW as I was well overweight before I became pregnant. I'm a stay at home mum/ student.....so I should have no excuses not to be able to prepare good meals!
I'm sure I'll be on here quite a bit to get into the swing of things, and advice.
My goal really is just to maintain....but if I lose it will be a big bonus!!!
Tonight I'm having chicken, lemon, garlic and tarragon casserole....should be yummy!
