I've just signed up the this website, but i have been reading stuff on it for over a year! Finally decided to properly start dieting at the end of last year, so here i am.I have lost 11 lbs so far. I'm not following any specific diet at the moment, just trying to eat under 1500 calories a day. I'm finding it hard at the weekend though when it comes to going out and drinking! Hopefully this site will help keep me motivated and i will start shedding the lbs! x:eek:
