Hello :)

I started SW last week. I've lost 5lbs, would've been 7 but I have gained a lb on two occasions. Drinking plenty of water (3 litres). Why do I keep fluctuating? Thought I'd have lost a bit by now. Weight is dropping off my legs but not my 'beer belly' and I've not drank a drop in a week which is a miracle for me. Period is due next week and I bloat massively. Anyone think this could be the reason I'm up and down? Thanks :)
