just thought I would say hello, was on the lipotrim forum but due to health reasons have now joined SS on Saturday so I look forward to getting to know all of you. :wave_cry: also going to use this thread to post my daily food intake and feel free to point me in right direction if it looks like im checking wrong as still trying to get to grips with plan x
