Have today decided the thighs, bum and belly need to go. I successfully lost 2st a few years ago on Rosemary Conley's hip and thigh diet but sadly the weight has crept back on. I'm done with wearing hoody tops to hide my flab so tomorrow I'm off to buy a new battery for the scales and dig my old magazines out for recipes.

I will do this (I hope) and being able to come and have a moan is all part of the battle.
