Okay so here I'm back again.... New year, new diary!
I've been on mini mins for a few years battling my weight and now is the time for me to lose it for my wedding in June! And honeymoon in Cancun!
I reckon I am back up to 15st 4lbs and will weigh in on Saturday mornings.
I am just doing ,y own kinda diet and/exercise regime around 3 times a week. Mainly cardio at the moment....
