Hello :)

Yeah been abit quiet here.

:wow:You're doing well Milky, ah it must vary from class to class with the fridge magnets & stuff. It's the same with the certificates, we only got them from time to time in our group, but hey I love the shiney stickers, will miss them not going to group. What kinda target will you go for? My BMI says I should be 10st 10, I was always about 11st 10, I'd even be delited with that. Hope you're back to full health, illness can knock the stuffing outta you.

I'm feeling very motivated at the moment, think it's the good holiday I just had. I'm gonna try take my bike out this evening. :)

Hi guys, been missing in action thanks to work. Have tried my best this week but was in a workshop thing yesterday and they had those M&S tubs of mini mini rolls and choc crispies and I may have sampled a few. But hey, we can all lapse. I missed weigh in last night with being away so am hoping to get to another meeting tomorrow as I really don't want to start missing them. Or using holidays for work things.

I have also made inroads this week into exercise. Issy got me think about why I'm bothered what people think, so I went out on Sunday and did almost 3 miles walking, but really pushing myself and I did it in 33 minutes!! And I wasn't as knackered as I thought I would be! So I've been in a hotel this week and I used the gym! I did 2 miles on the treadmill while my colleague did 4 next to me and I didn't care what people thought, I was really proud of myself. So I have made a decision and my goal is to do a 5k run. I haven't put a timescale on it yet because I want a proper training plan, but thinking about it makes me feel really positive!

Now I just need to find a sports bra in a 40GG!

How are you both? Still in holiday comedown Issy? You better milky? Where's sijack? She's missing in action too.

Glad to hear you're alive & well Wonderfish. Those M&S biccies are the hardest to resist, I avoid them at all costs, lethal :)

So you've the exercise bug, well done you. I actually went out on my bike last nite, just for 25mins, 6.5k, short & sweet but at least it got me going & I'm abit more confident after cycling in France. You've also inspired me to start yoga, I found a begineers class that starts in Sept, I'm gonna give it go regardless of the size of my a$$ :D

On the subject of sports bras, the best one I have (been through quite a few) is a freya brand one that I got from Littlewoods, it's brill & I'm a 38H. Another one I would try is Panaches new sports bra, I usually wear their brand, go to Bravissimo whenever I get to the Uk & stock up.

Facing the last week of the school holidays so taking the children home to Dublin for a few days, catch up with family & do a few day trips.

Hiya, yup I'm all better and back to health. Not doing too well though, had macdonalds, frankie and bennys, dominoes and having chinese tonight, trying to be syn free at all other times but I have a friend visiting from OZ now that sister has gone back and she wants all the same crap!!

Partner is away til tuesday now so planning on fixing my flat tire and doing a heck of a bike ride tomorrow...

I've been looking at a panache one, got good reviews. The only thing with Freya is they only go up to a 38 back and I've tried a 38H before but it was no good. What is better do you thing, underwired or not?

I like the structure that underwire gives, I'd get a panache one, that'll be my next one. They have it in a lovely hot pink, supposed to be great support. Let me know what you get.

Ha ha, I can always rely on you Milky for some food porn :D Oh that'll be me when I hit Legoland in 2weeks, love Frankie & Bennys. Sure you gotta splurge once in awhile, especially when you've got company, would be rude otherwise ;)

:D I'm terrible, but I felt really rude turning my nose up and being awkward all the time!

I'm secretly hoping it won't be open tomo as its a bank holiday so then I get a week to fix it, but I haven't got her number to find out...

Yeah you can't say no all the time.Think it will be closed 2moro it being a bank hol, thats always the case here,so a week could definitely redress the balance.

I'm finished with group for awhile,I'll see how it goes without,if I'm struggling I'll go back to an evening class. So far so good, having a good week, didn't have my usual Chinese takeaway last nite, cooked fajitas with savoury rice, was scrummy & just had leftovers for lunch.

Going to Dublin during the week for a few days, really looking forward to it,gonna pack my frylight & SW essentials to stay on track.Good thing is my sis is on diet also at the moment so that'll cut down on my access to synful food :);)

It's so much easier when the people you are with are dieting too, I just felt like I was being a pain in the ass every meal time as we weren't at home for cooked meals, so I just gave up.

Good call on the fry light, I plan on doing the same when I go away x

Ha ha the only thing is my sister is doing a crazy vlcd diet, she's having one piece of fruit & 2 mini meals a day, I'll be eating loads compared to her, so it should be easy to stay on track.

I find it hard when I'm out of the house & my comfort zone for meals to go for healthy options, same when we're away on holidays.

Yeah I know what you mean, I struggle when I'm out, there is always some form of healthy options most places you go, but when you are the only one having a salad and everyone else it having something amazingly naughty its hard not to feel like you are missing out.... Then on the other hand if you have a strong will power, like the day after the MacDonalds I pre ordered beans on 1 slice of brown toast with no butter.. but when I picked it up it was white bread as they had ran out and I looked such a drama queen because I really didn't want it as it wouldn't be free. I felt really pathetic!

I know I hate that, I get annoyed if I forget to take sweetners out with me, hate to waste syns on real sugar. Ha ha we're turning into SW divas :D

Bet you can't wait to go!!

I've been very motivated since I came back, nearly lost the hols gain. Gonna keep on the straight & narrow till I head off to Legoland for 3days in Sept :)

That's great to hear Issy! It's got to be said that for a holiday gain yours was really good x ummm scan bran well I have been loving a blueberry and choc cake I used quark vanilla and fresh blueberrys which you would need to syn as cooked fruit. The base is always the same 4 or 5 scan bran biscuits and 2 eggs. Got some Belgian choc options and used 3 tsp of that in it which is 2 syns. One cake I used curly surly in it and muller toffee yog xxx thought I might try carrot cake later on xxx :D

Hi guys, day 2 down of this week and I'm still on track, ate my syns worth of marshmellows today which killed my sugar crave...though I had to tie the rest in a sandwich bag and throw it on top of the kitchen cupboard to stop me eating the rest! :D

How has everyone been?

X
