Hi there. I'm 22 and have started trying to lose weight and get fit........again. My first attempt was 3 years ago and quite a good one! I went from 228lbs to 185lbs in just over 4 months. I also ended up going from barely being able to do 2 minutes of exercise to doing an hour 5 times a week I kind of "took a break" that Christmas and never really went back to it - I did a few times but it only lasted a week at the most I'm back up at 212lbs now and I really mad at myself for letting this happen. I tried using my exercise bike today - and felt nauseous after 3 minutes!! So, I am back to square one with the exercise, but last time I was able to build it up quickly so I hope it will be the same again. My plan is the same as I did last time - stick to 1200ish calories a day, no eating after 9pm(I have a bad habit of eating practically a meal at midnight), a nice treat once a week if I really want one and exercise 5 days a week. My current goal is to get back down to 185lbs, and my ultimate goal is to get to 154lbs. I'm hoping that this site will help me stay on track!
