Hi there! I lost weight years ago on Slimming World, attending group regularly and following the original plan. I thought, if I can do that, I can do anything, and I went and signed up for an Open University course. Since then, I haven't stopped studying, and studying and weight loss don't seem to go together - in fact, it's the opposite! I've tried going it alone but I just seem to lack the motivation to keep at it, and the EE thing just doesn't seem to work for me. So I'm really trying this time with the red/green days, and, so far, it's working. I've dipped in to MiniMins loads to find syn values and look for advice, and found the forums really helpful, so I thought, I should really do this properly and sign up - so here I am! Looking for help, advice and support on my way to a trim shape for a wedding in September (not my own, but it's a goal).
