Hi everyone :)

Am on day two of the Cambridge Diet, me and my partner started it yesterday. Am feeling awful today; so hungry, sleepy, no energy, constantly thinking about food! I am dreaming of lasagne! I have total respect for anyone doing this diet - I think it's one of the hardest things i've ever done and certainly takes a lot of willpower, we have thrown away ALL the food in our house so we don't get tempted!!

I have three stone to lose, and am hoping I won't have to be on the diet for too long. We are having the tetra briks, as find all the other soups and shakes disgusting and powdery!

Please someone tell me it gets easier! Feel like poop :( at the moment. xxx

:welcome: I promise you, it WILL get easier, honestly, especially after you've seen the results from your first weigh in!

You can do this, If I can, then anyone can! ANd once you've been doing it a few days it gives you the motivaton to keep going. Just think about the reasons you want it, thats what keeps me going!

Defo get easier! fter day 4 you'll forget all about hunger ;)

Very reassuring to hear it gets easier. Don't think I could take weeks of feeling like this! :( Will feel a lot happier when i'm not thinking about food every second and feeling hungry xxx

Once you get past day four it gets so much easier. I cheated today and had a bit of chicken then I remembered the hell I went through and spat it straight back out! Hang in there. You're lucky you and your partner are doing it together so you've got each other for moral support.
Get all your kisses in now though, bad breath will set on soon! :p
